An all around amazing experience bringing my computer in for repair. I had a very odd issue that was hard to diagnose myself. ACIS was pleasant to work with and extremely honorable when the first fix didn’t work. I will always recommend them for personal computer and business needs.

This is the second time I've gone to ACIS. I was impressed the first time and no less so the second! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! I only had 15 minutes to stop by and they were able to resolve the issue in 5 with no charge! Thanks guys!

Technology is great...when it works. If your technology is not working I highly recommend Acis IT Solutions. I have used the services of Acis IT Solutions twice now for 2 different laptops. They completely fixed the oldest one with AutoCAD on it. Works great. They next one was too dead so they saved all my work on an external hard drive so I did not lose anything. Very professional, quick and knowledgeable. Great company.

Knowledgeable, friendly service, & very trustworthy. Worked with David on a quick fix on our Router. Also, he was very knowledgeable about the current and potential issues, offered a few options to fix the issue. He was able to get it fixed very quickly by remote. These people are Amazing! I took my Desktop Computer to this Company and they replaced my hard drive with a Solid State Drive and now my desktop computer is so much faster and better than ever! They even transferred all of my data to my new Solid State Drive and I didn't lose any of it! I was a little concerned before I brought it to them thinking that I would have to sit in front of the computer uploading all 400 of my CD's back onto my computer but I didn't have to do that because when they transferred everything over everything was perfectly fine! I couldn't be happier with my decision to bring my computer to these people! I want to give a special shout out to both Josh and David for all their hard work! I Love ACIS IT SOLUTIONS and I highly recommend them to anyone who is needing help with their computer! These people are really super Awesome!! 🥰😍
