Being able to reach a human being who actually knows something about our system (everyone in your call center) has really sped up the time to resolution for our IT issues. And your on-site service is even better. I have never seen a response handled as expediently or professionally as we have received from your team.
In addition to your team needing to learn a new system, we have spent a lot of time over the past year making significant changes to our IT infrastructure, and your team has provided excellent guidance every step of the way.
