With this package the customer is placed on a priority status of responding within 2 hours of emergencies. This package also includes same day onsite technician if needed along with several other perks.
ACIS® was extremely helpful during a recent transitioning period, where we replaced our server as well as the creation of a private network. Keeping this transition as smooth as possible and prompt to resolve issues and answer questions took a lot of stress off of our company.
