RE: Letter of Recommendation for ACIS® IT Solutions

Ross Construction Group, LLC contracted with ACIS® IT Solutions in April 2020 to install and set up our new offices. We were using another local IT company that was not meeting our needs, so we decided to try a different local company. ACIS® helped us create our wireless environment and implemented necessary policies for security.
As a long-time IT Administrator, I’ve used several managed care companies over the years. I can adamantly say that ACIS® has been the most responsive and easiest to work with. They treat our employees with respect and have a deep knowledge base to solve our issues. They are truly local which enables them to send a live person when necessary. Same goes for their call-in service, we can always trust we are talking to a local person, and they have consistently addressed our issues with quick solutions.
ACIS® came on board during the Covid-19 pandemic in which a City Ordinance was in effect for masking. If they needed to make a site visit, they were all masked and always maintained the prescribed 6 ft distance. To us this shows a great deal of respect for their clients, and we appreciated not having to remind them.
