Managed Services Client Support Request

At ACIS IT Solutions, we’re committed to providing you with top-notch support when you need it. Our business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We follow UPS’s holiday schedule for office closures. Our offices are conveniently located on the South East Corner of Glenstone and Sunshine in the Plaza Shopping Center.

Please note that any service requests made after hours will be attended to as soon as possible on the following business day. When contacting our office, kindly identify your organization and let our representative know you’re a Managed Services Client. This will enable us to provide you with priority service.
