ACIS® IT Solutions have been our managed service company here at Loehr Chiropractic, since our opening 4 years ago. They have been a pleasure to work with, they bring attention to detail on everything they do. Their communication and people skills are excellent. They always have innovative ideas when it comes to solutions needed in our office.
Travis and his team go above and beyond our expectations on every issue we have. There are many times they answer their personal cell phones outside of normal business hours. I have been able to text them at 7:00 am and they have rushed right over to fix our x-ray unit. Other times, Dr. Loehr has been on the phone with Travis as late as midnight with an emergency in our office.
We have recently added another location to our business, over an hour away from Springfield. Travis and his team have been back and forth to help us get everything set up for the office. The new location is in a very small town that doesn’t have access to the best internet service, ACIS® IT Solutions researched the best internet provider for us and best phone service provider for that area. They arranged all setup and install. They went above and beyond to make sure the other location got everything it was needing.
