Abou Ben Adhem Temple, aka the Shrine Mosque, has used ACIS® IT Solutions for I.T. services since 2016. ACIS® employees are always very friendly and professional. When we call ACIS®, the phone is always promptly answered. There has been a few occasions that an issue cannot be corrected over the phone. It is always nice to hear “I will come by your office today and take a look to resolve the issues”.
Prior to ACIS®, our I.T. was not handled locally. It is refreshing to use a local company that goes above and beyond.
On a personal note, I worked at a firm over 12 years ago and Travis Schnelle and ACIS® were the I.T. vendor at this firm. ACIS® was always just a phone call away at that time also. Sometimes, as companies grow, the “personal touch” of customer support disappears over time. However, this has not occurred with ACIS®.
